Shanghai United International School, Xiamen Campus is a bilingual school introduced by Xiamen Siming District and invested and fully managed by Shanghai Xiehe Education Group. JOB DESCRIPTION
During the course of the academic year, it is expected that you will take on the following responsibilities:
1. Planning
2. Teaching
3. Classroom Management
4. Agreed Whole School Procedures
5. Core Curricula Activities
As a class teacher, you will be expected to plan your teaching with regard to the school and department’s strategies and programmes of study.
You will be expected to achieve accelerated progression in student’s learning by:
Identifying clear learning and teaching objectives and content and specifying how these will be taught.
Setting tasks for class, group and individual work, which challenge students and ensure high levels of students of interest.
TEACHING & CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
As a class teacher, you will be expected to:
Establish positive working relationships with all support staff who may work in your classroom and ensure they are informed of lesson planning and your expectations.
Ensure that teaching and learning objectives are met through effective teaching, high expectations, sound learning and discipline and a purposeful working atmosphere in the classroom.
Establish and maintain good discipline, by following the schools strategy for behaviour management.
Establish a safe learning environment in which students feel safe, secure and confident.
Woking time: Monday to Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm
Weekly total teaching period: up to 25 teaching periods of 35 to 40 minutes

行政岗（行政管理类岗位）
岗位要求：
爱学生、亲和、有担当、有团队合作意识、适应能力强；
具备相应学科教师资格证书；
师范类大学本科及以上学历，硕士优先；
非师范类需985或211院校，国外知名院校优先。
优先诚聘（Priority for Chinese teachers）
国际学校或国外教育工作经验；
熟悉国内、国际课程，科研能力强，有突出的课程设计、课程开发能力；
中级和高级职称教师；
近3年内获市级及以上骨干教师、优秀班主任、优秀教育工作者等荣誉，或市级以上教学评比获奖者；
近3年内主持过市级及以上课题，或在省市级专业刊物上发表过研究成果的研究型教师；
优秀港澳台籍教师。
